In this guided meditation, listen to soothing rain sounds as you practice deep breathing and positive affirmations.
This practice will use a count of 4 seconds for inhaling and 6 seconds for exhaling, designed to help reduce anxiety.
Using deep breathing and positive affirmations can create a state of calmness.
Sit back and relax as you are transported into a different state of mind.
